Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During launches, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing may take longer.

Shipping Rates and Delivery

Shipping options, rates, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout when available. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, customs, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details after your order ships.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, or import requirements that may apply. HUMN is not responsible for delays caused by customs or local authorities.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, contact us at customerservice@humn.ca. We will help review the issue with the carrier where possible.
