Return Policy

Overview

We want you to be happy with your HUMN order. If something is not right, contact us at customerservice@humn.ca with your order number and a short description of the issue.

Return Window

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Supplements and Consumables

For safety and quality reasons, supplements, consumables, ingestible products, and opened wellness products are final sale once opened. Unopened and sealed items may be eligible for return within the return window.

Apparel and Accessories

Apparel must be unworn, unwashed, free of stains, scents, pet hair, or damage, and returned with original tags and packaging where applicable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number so we can review and make it right.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Final Sale Items

Gift cards, sale items marked final sale, opened supplements, and personalized or used products are not eligible for return unless required by law.
